7. AI Services

Our AI-powered features are subject to the following:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content
• We may use anonymized data to improve our AI models
• Usage limits apply based on your subscription plan

8. Payment Processing

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. By using our Platform, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We are not responsible for any issues arising from payment processing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Convos harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
